I'm overweight and I want to lose some pounds through dieting but without eating bland-tasting foods. This book is full of delicious and healthy recipes which is low in carbohydrates that can help us lose weight. The book has no pictures though but it is well written. I will surely try these recipes.

As a result of this I sometimes end up eating meals which are high in carbs that will pack on the pounds, which is not ideal for someone who is already overweight. A lot of low carb recipe books restrict the dieter by making their meal choices limited. What I like about this book is that it includes recipes for every meal of the day and you don’t have to spend a lot of time preparing it. The meals are designed to help you lose weight by making simple changes. The recipes contain food options from a wide variety of foods, a lot of which I am already a lover of, such as pork, shrimp and mushrooms. The beauty of the recipes in this book is that you don't have to sacrifice the joys of eating, which I absolutely love to do, in order to shed the pounds. Who knew there could ever be a thing such as guiltless pizza? A must try for the pizza lovers. Well put together recipes by Arianna Brooks and a must try for those who want to lose weight the low carb way.
