Some are mixed with granola and some have graham crackers. An excellent assortment that should please you and your children.I appreciated the fact that a conversion chart is in the beginning. I have a tendency to forget, for example, that 1/8 cup equals 2 TBSP. Most handy for that quick peek at the beginning if you need assistance.I thought the Banana Peanut Butter Bites were so easy to make. The ingredients are banana, peanut butter, sprinkles and popsicle sticks. The one I will make next is the Peanut Butter Ice Cream sandwiches. Will need to get graham crackers on my next shopping trip.There is even a recipe in this one for Peanut Butter Apple Nachos. How unique is that?Most highly recommended.

Only one that I didn't have - vanilla powder. They are nutritionist and easy to make. Some different twists on family favorites. Many that we will have to try in the very near future.
