I have a real interest in eating for better health and activity By DJ Whilst certainly not a pro athlete, I have a real interest in eating for better health and activity. Found the content really accessible and straightforward to apply. Recipes also practical and well set out.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. it's good in that the book presents a solid case for ... By Don Brown I guess the phrase, "There's nothing new under the sun" might apply here. I do appreciate the depth of descriptions for each of the assertions put forward, but where I typically expect to see reference to scientific studies proving the assertion, there is only a statement presented as if it were fact. That's not a drawback from this book, however, and anyone who has had food allergies already knows how to do an elimination diet. ...And it's not that I need extra motivation to tune and tweak my diet, but I don't see a strong enough causal link to cause me to make the extra few changes Taylor recommends here. In short, it's good in that the book presents a solid case for changing things, but not great in that it made me want to run right out and change everything.
