With recipes like Buffalo Wing Hummus, Quinoa Black Bean Burrito Bowls, Baked Potato Skins Veggie Pizza, and Red Velvet Crepes with Sweet Cream Filling, planning a balanced and satisfying diet has never been easier. These recipes, each accompanied by a full-color glossy photo, are low in calories and full of essential vitamins and minerals, but I assure you, they are just as irresistible, if not more so, than their classic counterparts. To get a better idea of the internal presentation of this book, check out the visual component of this review.Morrissey accompanies each recipe with insider advice ranging from cook's comments to fun facts, and shopping tips to nutritional notes. Voglewede I've two picky eaters at home (husband and toddler) who cringe at the sight of green or remotely healthy and so have been embarking on a quest to broaden our tables horizons. This book has been a huge hit amongst my "discerning" palette household with very few substitutions or swaps! Highly recommend for those who are looking to branch out from boxed and processed meals like we are, or rather I am. :) (insert evil mom laugh)

Fantastic, healthy recipes By Kim Anyone struggling with health and weight issues knows how hard it can be to find great, filling and satisfying recipes. This cookbook gives you just that. Delicious meals, complete with nutritional info and tips and tricks, that don't leave you feeling hungry. The photos are beautiful, the recipes are tasty yet easy enough for the home cook and the writing is friendly and approachable.
